Grapple 3PT is an attachment for your tractor that lets you
grab items such as brush or logs with the hydraulic hooks. This attachment attaches like
any other 3PT attachment and the hooks are actuated by your tractors auxiliary hydraulics. When you want to dump, simply lift the
hooks, lower the Grapple 3PT to the ground, trip the dump latch and raise the 3PT hitch
arms to dump the load. The Grapple will also handle most pallets. |

CADLoader RT, Model 107 |
CADLoader RT is a loader
that is designed for the rear of your tractor. Install or remove CADLoader RT with the
ease of any other 3-point hitch attachment. CADLoader RT will dig like a front-end loader and can raise the load
to a height of 60 inches for easy loading.
CADLoader RT will perform the same tasks
that a front-end loader is capable of. The beauty of the RTs rear loader design is
that the added weight of the loader will increase stability through better weight
distribution and provide greater traction at the rear wheels. This greater rear weight
distribution pushes down on the drive wheels where a front end loader will instead load
the front wheels and cause a tendency for the tractor to tip forward. The rear end loader
design eliminates the need for adding weights to the rear wheels.
The booms maximum and minimum height
is adjustable by the varying length of the top link. |
OPTIONS The CADLoader RT can be built in two bucket
dumping configurations. The most economical is the trip mechanism option, where the bucket
is gravity dumped by the release of a lever, therefore only one hydraulic cylinder is
needed. The second option requires the use of second hydraulic cylinder which will allow
the bucket to be angled to any point throughout its range of motion. Both these
options are described in detail in the drawing package.
If your tractor does not have hydraulic
remote outputs already, a 12-volt hydraulic power pack can be used to actuate the
cylinder(s). Several types of 12-volt hydraulic power packs are available such as single
acting, double acting and dual cylinder, each with optional remote control wiring
available. If CADLoader RT is operated behind a tractor that is equipped with hydraulic
remote outlets, this power source can be utilized to operate the boom and bucket.
The single acting
12-volt hydraulic power pack offers power up, gravity down and requires only one hose.
Install a filtered breather in the unused port of the cylinder to keep dirt out during
gravity down operation. The double acting 12-volt hydraulic power pack offers power up and
power down.
CADLoader RT can be configured to give power down so the
weight of CADLoader RT can be placed on the bucket. This system requires two hoses
connecting the power pack or tractor to the cylinder. |

CADScoop Model
104 |
CADScoop is a compact and simple to operate scoop
that will allow you to move dirt and gravel with your tractor that is equipped with 3pt
hitch. CADScoop is completely reversible, since it has 3 point hitch attachments at both
the front and rear. This allows you to operate the scoop while you move forward or
backward, depending on the mounting location you choose for the time being. CADScoop can
be dumped by a light pull on the trip mechanism, which has been designed to operate error
free and with little pulling effort.
The length of the top link effects the scoop height. By
adjusting the top link, the bucket can be tipped forward a few degrees to allow it to
scoop more effectively. |
|
CADLift Model 101 |
CADLift is a forklift that is designed for the rear
of your tractor. Install or remove CADLift with the ease of any other 3-point hitch
attachment. CADLift will handle pallets and other materials like a forklift and can raise
the load to a height of 60 inches for easy loading at standard truck bed heights.
The beauty of the CADLifts design is that the added
weight of the loader will increase stability through better weight distribution and
provide greater traction at the rear wheels. This greater rear weight distribution pushes
down on the drive wheels where a front mounted forklift attachment will instead load the
front wheels and cause a tendency for the tractor to tip forward. This design eliminates
the need for adding weights to the rear wheels. The angle of the forks is adjustable by the
varying length of the top link.

Trencher Model
103 |
Trencher is a 3pt-hitch attachment that
allows you to bury wire, cable water pipe and phone lines with your tractor. Make a pass
along where you want to bury the cable to insure there are no obstacles, then go back and
lay the cable. Trencher has an adjustable skid to control depth. The cable laying
attachment is removable so Trencher can be used as a single shank ripper to loosen
difficult soils.
The length of the top link effects Trenchers
digging angle. By adjusting the top link, the digging tooth can be more or less aggressive
depending on soil conditions. |

CADSplitter Model
211 |
The
Model 211 3-point hitch is similar to the design of the Model 210 but incorporates a frame
for mounting on your tractor. The beam is transversely mounted so the tractor/splitter is
as short as possible. In many cases you can pull your wood trailer from the drawbar of the
tractor with the Model 211 connected to your tractor to eliminate an extra trip to move
your wood. |

CADDigger
Model 508 |
After the success of the backhoe we developed for the mini-diesel tractors
(Model 608), we decided to design a backhoe for the Category 0 hitches on garden tractors.
The CADDigger Model 508 was designed for the tractors that can lift at least 400 pounds
with the hitch arms. The Model 508 is designed to run off the hydraulics of some tractors
or a pump can be operated off the same pulley that normally drives the mower. The frame and
boom were designed to keep the weight of the Model 508 as close to the tractor as
possible. The standard bucket is 10 inches wide. Digging depth is 4 ½ feet. The fixed
stabilizers are pin adjustable for uneven terrain. The steel in the Model 508 weighs 330
pounds. The controls, hoses and cylinders weigh 70 pounds. You know the Model 508 is tough
with this much steel in the frame. You can even make different width buckets for this
machine and change them by pulling 2 pins. The Model 508 has slightly less ripping power
than the Model 608 but it also has a narrower bucket so performance at the bucket is
virtually the same. The Model 508 and one of the CADLoaders makes your garden tractor the
perfect landscaping tool. |

CADPull, Model
302 |
CADplans has
recently developed CADPull, an attachment that can be connected to the hitch of your
pickup, sport utility or antique tractor so you can use 3PT hitch attachments. With
CADPull, you can plow snow, grade gravel, move dirt, move hay and more. Many low cost 3PT
hitch attachments are available for tractors, but, until now they could not be used by
those without a tractor. CADPull changes that. The hydraulically operated lift arms of
CADPull lets your vehicle act like a tractor. Four wheel drive trucks with low range are
best suited to powering CADPull, but, two wheel drive trucks can do many jobs with CADPull
also. Antique tractor owners can now use the 3PT hitch attachments without modification of
their classic machine. For lower cost CADPull can be built totally mechanical, with no
hydraulics required. This lets you fabricate CADPull quickly for only a few hundred
dollars, and you are ready to do the work. CADPull is designed to be powered by a
hydraulic cylinder available for as little as $60.00. Add a 12V hydraulic pump and CADPull
is a self powered 3PT hitch unit. Even the wheel angle is adjustable up to 20 degrees to
CADPull can crown your driveway or pull a ditch. Build CADPull is as little as a weekend
using a welder and common hand tools and you are ready to do jobs that previously required
a tractor.
CADPull can be used with almost any ball hitch,
heavier applications require a heavy duty hitch. CADPull uses standard CAD I top links
(available for less than $20) for the hitch and to adjust each wheel height individually.
The lift arms can also be operated by a CAD I top link for light duty use. |
